My mission is to help people untangle their patterns, honor their truth, and show up as their most authentic, unapologetic selves.
I teach emotional clarity, healthy boundaries, and self-respect in a way that’s honest, relatable, and grounded in real transformation.
I guide people through the deep work… the kind that helps them stop shrinking, stop people-pleasing, and stop abandoning themselves just to keep others comfortable.
I help build emotional strength, personal authority, and a kind of inner calm that doesn’t shake when other people project, manipulate, or operate from insecurity.
This is the space where authenticity is the standard…
And always remember: It’s Not Rejection, It’s Alignment.™️

Certified Codependency Recovery Coaching
My vision is to cultivate a community of emotionally healthy, grounded, self-aware individuals who stand in their truth with confidence and grace… unbothered, unshaken, and fully aligned with who they really are.
I envision a world where authenticity is power, self-respect is normal, and emotional maturity is the baseline …not the exception.
A world where people can hold space for others without losing themselves.
Where alignment replaces attachment, and peace replaces performing.
I’m building a movement of people who don’t fold, don’t dim, and don’t apologize for their light or their boundaries.
People who stop internalizing the behavior of others and start trusting their own wholeness.
Because when you’re living in your truth…
It’s Not Rejection, It’s Alignment.™️

Coming 2026
Healing is not a solo journey — and starting in 2026, I’m opening the doors to a powerful new group experience designed to help you untangle the patterns that keep you shrinking, over-giving, or losing yourself in relationships.
Untangled is a live 4-week coaching circle where we break down codependency with clarity, honesty, and real-world tools.
This program is built for individuals who are ready to stop carrying other people’s emotions, stop apologizing for their needs, and start standing in their truth with confidence and self-respect.
Each week focuses on a different part of the healing process:
• understanding your patterns
• creating boundaries without guilt
• rebuilding your identity and self-worth
• living from alignment, not fear or obligation
This will be a camera-on, interactive space where authenticity is the standard and emotional safety is the priority.
If you’re ready to live in your truth without shrinking, overextending, or performing for approval — this is for you.
Enrollment opens in February 2026.

— Coach Valerie
I’m Coach Valerie — a Certified Professional Recovery Coach through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC), trained by the NET Institute Center for Addiction & Recovery Education.
I specialize in codependency recovery, emotional clarity, and teaching people how to return to themselves without apology.
My work is grounded in a simple truth:
Codependency is not about love — it’s about survival.
It teaches you to over-function, over-give, over-explain, and shrink yourself just to maintain connection.
It convinces you that peace must be earned and self-abandonment is normal.
But recovery changes everything.
Recovery is not about fixing who you are.
It’s about releasing who you had to become.
My approach is direct, emotionally honest, and rooted in recovery psychology — not hype, not toxic positivity, and not performance. I guide people through the deep work of rebuilding identity, strengthening boundaries, detaching with self-respect, and reconnecting with the emotional authority they lost along the way.
If you work with me, you won’t be told to ignore your intuition or “be nicer.”
You’ll learn to trust your voice again, take up space again, and stop negotiating with chaos.
A transformed you isn’t just confident.
A transformed you is unshakeable.
And always remember:
It’s not rejection — it’s alignment.™️

“I cannot express how transformative my experience with Codependent No More coaching has been. When I first started this journey, I felt disconnected from my own femininity and was struggling with self-doubt and confusion about my life’s purpose.
I was guided with incredible wisdom and compassion. She helped me embrace my intuitive side, nurturing my inner strength, and unlocking a level of self-love I never thought possible. Through her support, I learned to honor my body, connect with the cycles of nature, and tap into a well of creativity I didn’t know existed.
One of the most powerful aspects of this coaching was the way my coach encouraged me to heal old wounds and release limiting beliefs. I shed the layers of self-doubt that had held me back for so long.
This journey has not only helped me find balance and harmony within myself but has also positively impacted my relationships, especially in the way I nurture and support those I love. I feel more confident, connected, and empowered in my life. I’m forever grateful for this profound transformation.
If you’re looking to awaken and experience true personal growth, I highly recommend ‘Codependent No More’ coaching. It’s a journey of self-discovery and empowerment that has the potential to change your life in ways you can’t even imagine.”

“I’ll be honest…when I first considered working with Valerie, I was skeptical. As a man, I wasn’t sure how a woman could understand the struggles I had around my masculine power being challenged in relationships. Part of me questioned if I’d even be taken seriously or if I’d just be misunderstood like I had been so many times before. But I was wrong. From the very first session, Valerie created a space where I felt safe, respected, and truly heard. She didn’t judge me, she helped me see how I had been over-giving, over-pleasing, and carrying weight that wasn’t mine to carry. She gave me tools to reclaim my voice, to set boundaries without guilt, and to stand in my masculinity without feeling like I had to shrink or give it away to keep the peace. What surprised me most was how deeply she understood the pressure men face, and how codependency doesn’t discriminate, it affects both men and women in powerful ways. Working with her has been nothing short of empowering. I now feel stronger, clearer, and more authentic in how I show up in relationships. Coach Valerie helped me recognize that being a man doesn’t mean over-sacrificing, it means standing tall in your truth, and I’ll always be grateful for that.” —Tony
